  • A complimentary phone call to make sure I am a good fit for your birth team

  • Two in-person prenatal visits that include childbirth education, birth planning, and postpartum planning

  • On-call from 37 weeks through your birth

  • In-person doula support throughout your labor, birth, and immediate postpartum period

  • One 3-hour postpartum visit at your home that can include meal prep, helping with laundry/dishes/other house tasks, and offering support or guidance with feeding and sleep

  • Birth doula clients have the option to add-on additional postpartum visits at a rate of $35/hour

  • Pricing starts at $1250 and payment plans are available
