Hiring a birth doula is a choice to have added support during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. Doulas provide educational, emotional, and physical support for the birthing person and for the birthing partner. Hiring a doula can help your whole family feel supported as you prepare for the transformative experience of birth.
As your birth doula, I provide support for you and your birthing partner if you have one. It is my goal to help you have the birth experience that you desire - whether that be a home birth or a hospital birth with an epidural - I want to support you in your birth goals. A happy birth is one where you feel safe, supported, and respected.
